Apart from being yet another Walkman phone from Sony Ericsson, W995 is the first handset to feature the new Sony Ericsson media go service. Media Go service enables you to transfer data seamlessly between your mobile phone and PC. It enables you to transfer music, photos, videos and podcasts to and from your mobile phone while 
automatically synchronizing music libraries, converting files and subscribing to podcasts. Both 2G and 3G enabled handset Sony Ericsson W995 red has dimensions of 97 x 49 x 15 mm weighing 113 g. Its 2.6 inches screen has display of 240 x 320 pixels with 256K colors. Its accelerometer sensor allows to autorotate the image. It has internal memory of 118 MB and also equipped with memory stick providing memory upto 8 GB and 8GB card included.
The W995 model of Sony Ericsson Mobile phones is laced with GPRS, EDGE, 3G, WLAN, Bluetooth and USB. The model is also known for its highly specialized camera features. Laced with whopping 8.1 mega pixel camera with 3264 x 2448 pixels and advanced features like autofocus, LED flash, geo tagging, face detection and image stabilizer Sony Ericsson W995 silver makes photo shooting an exciting experience. It can record WQVGA videos at 30 fps. Videocalling facility is also a hot feature available on the handset. The messaging features of handset include SMS, MMS, Email and IM etc. Its WAP 2.0 browser allows you to surf net. 
The Java enabled handset has many user friendly features like Stereo FM radio, Games, mp3, mp4 player, You Tube, Walkman player etc. Its Li Po 930 mAH can last for 370 hrs in 2G mode and 360 hrs in 3G mode while on stand by mode. Sony Ericsson W995 is available in three colors: Progressive Black, Cosmic Silver and Energetic Red.
